Problem statement

Traditional bicycle repair services are often inconvenient, requiring customers to transport their bicycles to shops, resulting in lost time and effort. There was also an unmet need for stable employment and work opportunities for bicycle technicians.

Check New Requests on Home

After logging in, technicians can view new repair requests and choose their service area using a color-coded heatmap showing high-demand zones. They can set their preferred region, browse incoming requests, and accept jobs accordingly.

Navigate & Optimize Route

Once a request is accepted, the platform provides an optimized route to the customer’s location. If the bicycle details entered by the user are incorrect or incomplete, technicians can easily edit or update them on-site.

We built a smart, on-demand bicycle repair service that boosts user convenience and satisfaction—while offering flexible, professional job opportunities for technicians.
