BackgroundMental health awareness and self-care are often hindered by scattered information and lack of reliable resources. Users face challenges finding clear, engaging, and relatable mental health information that promotes proactive self-care and understanding.
Target users are individuals seeking mental health education and community-driven stories—particularly young adults navigating early mental health concerns, students, and professionals looking for accessible mental wellness content and relatable community insights.
Noling Library provides well-curated, expert-backed mental health content, including symptom-based educational resources, lifestyle articles, and visual stories created by mental health professionals and artists. It supports proactive mental wellness through personalized content recommendations and integrated community interactions.
Ideation & UX StrategyWe crafted a content strategy centered on engaging educational material and personal stories—co-creating with mental health experts and visual artists for maximum impact and relatability.
